Description
Currently, we have an opening for an HR Advisor. This role involves performing HR generalist functions and providing comprehensive HR support. You will support employee relations, employee development, and workforce planning while driving key organizational strategy initiatives. Acting as a strategic partner to assigned business groups, you will ensure HR practices align with business objectives and contribute to fostering a positive and productive workplace environment.

What you will be doing in your role:
- Support departmental managers in addressing employee behavior and performance concerns.
- Provide guidance on conflict resolution and ensure compliance with the policies and standards of the organization.
- Conduct workplace investigations as needed.
- Promote employee training and development planning and succession planning initiatives.
- Facilitate performance reviews and guide effective feedback delivery.
- Assist departmental managers in reviewing their team performance and designing the organization's training & development strategies
- Assist with workforce plans and analyze data to inform staffing strategies.
- Collaborate with leaders to forecast needs and develop solutions.
- Build strong relationships with leaders and provide HR advice to align with business goals and legislations.
- Support organizational change and cultural development initiatives.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
What you will bring with you:
- Degree or diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of five (5) to eight (8) years of experience in an HR role.
- HR certification (CHRP, CHRL) is considered an asset.
- Ability to travel up to 25% of the time within Canada.
- Strong knowledge of employment laws, HR best practices, and compliance.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.
- Proven ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
- Proficiency in HRIS systems (Humi preferred) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Analytical and problem-solving skills to assess issues and recommend solutions.
- Adaptability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
- Strategic thinking to align HR initiatives with business goals.

Compensation
$70,000.00 - $87,000.00 per year
