Kenny’s Kingdom Human Resources department, is a dynamic unit, and has an immediate opening for an entry-level Human Resources Generalist. This position will expose the successful candidate to aspects of Human Resources, including hiring, onboarding, professional development and training, performance evaluation, and personal file management for over three hundred full-time and part-time employees. This full-time position will begin on August 6th, 2024.

 

Applicants must have post-secondary education, ideally with advanced standing in Human Resources. Successful completion of the CHRP designation would be a definite asset. Applicants must demonstrate an understanding of the HR concepts and applications. Computer literacy with proficiency in Excel applications for human resources information systems is an asset.

 

The successful applicant will be a self-starter who can function effectively in a busy office, balancing multiple tasks with frequent interruptions. The ability to maintain confidentiality is a prerequisite. Applicants must possess excellent communication skills (both written and oral), as well as the demonstrated ability to effectively work as part of a team.
