- Provide strategic HR advice to support the group in achieving the organizational goals and mitigate people-related risks
- Develop care for our people and champion personal and career wellbeing
- Coordinate and deliver HR training materials, including facilitating HR/LR-related training for new supervisors
- Support the implementation of human resources processes, including the annual people development cycle and salary planning, and coordinate the annual headcount budget cycle
