Job Summary:
We are looking for a detail-oriented Benefits Coordinator to join our HR team. In this role, you'll manage employee benefits programs, ensure regulatory compliance, and provide excellent employee support. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a solid understanding of benefits administration, and a commitment to enhancing employee satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Administer employee benefits programs, including health insurance and retirement plans.
  • Act as the primary contact for employee benefits inquiries and claims.
  • Coordinate open enrollment periods and assist employees with their elections.
  • Maintain accurate employee benefits records and ensure confidentiality.
  • Liaise with benefits vendors to resolve issues and enhance offerings.
  • Ensure compliance with ACA, COBRA, FMLA, and HIPAA regulations.
  • Conduct benefits orientations and provide employee training.
  • Analyze benefits reports to identify trends and recommend improvements.
  • Support the development of wellness programs to promote health.
  • Assist HR leadership with budgeting and cost analysis for benefits.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in benefits administration or HR.
  • Strong knowledge of benefits regulations and compliance requirements.
  • Proficiency in HRIS and Microsoft Excel.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • CEBS certification is a plus.

Compensation

$80,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
