Description
Responsibilities:
- Lead generation- With the help of targeted research and outreach, We expect the Business Development Associate (BDA) to help the Company identify new Business opportunities.
- Prospecting- We expect our BDA to be constantly on the lookout to identify potential clients and Industries via calls, Emails or Social Media.
- Relationship Building- For the position of a Business development Associate, It is important to create and maintain strong relationship with the clients. We expect the same from our BDA.
- Market Research- It is important to To keep in touch with the latest developments and trends in the markets. We expect the same from our CDA to help us understand what the trends in the market looks like.
- Collaboration- The BDA has to be as team player to work closely with the Sales and Marketing team. So its important to bring them together to align the strategies.
Qualifications
- Masters or a Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing or related field is preferred.
- Strong Analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proven track record in achieving sales targets
- Good communicational and Interpersonal Skills
- Target-oriented - The BDA has to be target oriented to achieve the results the company looks for.
Compensation
$40.00 - $50.00 per hour
