- Makes necessary adjustments to training programs based on evaluation results and feedback.
- Manage Training Resources:
- Coordinates with external vendors or consultants for specialized training programs.
- Manages the training budget, ensuring cost-effective use of resources.
- Facilitate Training Sessions:
- Conducts training sessions and workshops personally or assigns qualified trainers.
- Ensures that training sessions are engaging, interactive, and meet learning objectives.
- Support Career Development:
- Develops and implements career development plans for employees.
- Provides coaching and mentoring to support employees' professional growth and development.
- Stay Updated with Industry Trends:
- Keeps abreast of the latest developments in training techniques, tools, and best practices.
- Incorporates new trends and technologies into training programs to enhance their effectiveness.
- Compliance and Reporting:
- Ensures that all training programs comply with relevant regulations and standards.
- Prepares and maintains records and reports related to training activities and outcomes.
Compensation
$35.00 - $45.00 per hour
